How long have you been in the DJ business?

I started doing DJ shows in 1985 for my high school dances and at local parties. I started Des Moines first teen club night at “Club Beverly Hills” in 1989 while also doing “ front of house ” sound for many local and regional bands. I formed Dreams Unlimited in 1992 while still DJing at several night clubs and bars in the Des Moines metro. I am also currently the live sound engineer for the Des Moines band, “Gallery Of Voices”
How many DJ’s do you have?
Dreams Unlimited has myself ( Scott Gardner) and one other independent DJ to serve your entertainment needs. Together we have over 35 years of DJ experience to make your event a huge success. We may not be the largest DJ service in the Des Moines area, but we guarantee that you will never get an inexperienced DJ with 2 speaker an a Ipod from Dreams Unlimited for your event. Sometimes the biggest DJ service is not always the best on giving you “personal” service and DJ’s with years of real event experience.
What kind of equipment to you use?
We pride ourselves in only using professional grade equipment designed to withstand the rigors of concert touring. Our equipment is the same as you would see at any major concert in a large arena or stadium. Please check out our equipment page for more details and pictures of our equipment.
What types of music do you bring to your events?
We have over 12,000 songs in our MP3 music library. We have Oldies, Country, Hard Rock, the latest dance hits, Rap, R&B and DJ only dance remixes. All of our music is in “radio edited format” with profanity removed. We even screen our songs further to ensure any music played is age and event appropriate. We update our music weekly so you can always hear the hottest new music at your event.
