How long have you been in business?
Owner and DJ, Scott Gardner started DJing in high school in 1996 for his high school dances and local parties. He formed Dreams Unlimited in 1992 after doing live sound for local bands and club DJing in the Des Moines area.
How many DJ’s do you have?
My company has myself and 3 other independent DJ’s to serve your needs. Together we have over 25 years of DJ experience to make your event a huge success. We are not by far not the largest DJ service in the metro area, but I guarantee that no one can beat our service to you as a customer and our event prices. Sometimes the biggest is not always the best!
What kind of equipment do you use?
We pride ourselves in using only professional grade equipment designed to withstand the rigors of concert touring. Some companies use consumer-grade home stereo equipment to reduce their costs, however we feel such equipment can compromise dependability and performance capabilities. Our equipment is the same as you would see at any major concert in a large arena or stadium. We also use MP3 music technology on professional rack mounted computer systems.
How much are your services?
We have different prices depending on the type and length of your event. All shows fall into the price range of $200 to $600 and include a full light show. Please visit the event price page for different event prices. We believe that you should not have to pay a fortune to get a professional DJ for your event!
What kind of music do you bring to your events?
We pride ourselves in having a comprehensive MP3 music library spanning a range from big band and oldies to the latest radio hits. All of the MP3’s that we use are burned from our own cd collection or have been downloaded from legal “you pay for the song” web sites. Unless requested all our music is in radio edited format with profanity removed and our selections are screened further to ensure any music played is age-appropriate.
Do you have insurance?
Yes we do. We carry a policy to cover all of our events. We are happy to provide a copy of our policy to you or building manager before the day of the event.
